I see 2 av on t3 + hindfemur with long pv....
Than i am thinking about Lasiomma seminitidum
L.strigillatum has 3 av on t3
L. anthomyinum has about 6 av on hindtibia
So ....a better view on the hindtibia, would be welcom!

I arrived at
L. seminitidum by the same route. It does look like Nikita's photo in the Gallery. The only things that made me doubt were: 1: the head seems slightly longer and the eyes diverge higher on the frons in our fly. 2: We seem to have an extra pd on t3. But I think you are right. I'll do my best with the hind leg later ;)
