Body without wings 2 mm, location Slovenia, inside house.
Mybe this is not diptera, or is it ?

maybe Psyllidae (Hemiptera) or Psocoptera. It must be controlled.

Hmm, is this allso Psocoptera ? Does not look like it to me (antenae does not fit in). For naked eye it is small black dot, you don't spot orange legs.
At least 1/2 of size of previous one. That is body ~ 1mm.
I can't tell if it jumps, sure looks like it does. Mainly(like 98% of time it crawls around, 1% it flys) but when you iritate it enough looks like it jumps(mybe it flys) for max. body lenght x 10.

Hindwing is not so visible but apparently this is a small wasp (Chalcidoidea superfamily).
