Hi!
I found this 5-6 mm fly today in the forest (northwest Germany) at 1-2 °C. Perhaps
Eccoptomera (cf. obscura?)?

Eccoptomera is OK ! Lateral shot would be expected to see the hind femur and pleural parts ;)
