Hi Pierre.
It is Dolichopodidae.
With rather heavy body and vein M seems slightly Z-shaped, I think it is Dolichopus itself.

I think this is a much smaller fly than any Dolichopus - perhaps Achlacus (still Dolichopodidae)

Pierre, could you give us approximate size of this fly?

Nikita,

About 3-4 mm.

At the moment I would say Chrysotus. Not Achalcus. The species of that genus that I have seen never were this dark and completely metallic. Moreover, the last radial vein and the medial vein should be clearly divergent and I think they are more or less paralel here.

My suggestion of Achlacus was not good. Better to listen to Paul. ;)

Achalcus, rather than Achlacus?
