Moscow region, 03 aug, on tree bark, 2-2,5mm.
As for identification I've come to Megaselia genus and decided to stop on it so far.
But who knows why female abdomen was so full on 1-st and 2-nd images? And how abdomen came back to almost normal size on last photo?
