I found this Heleomyzidae in my house, Belgium, 18-02-2010.
What could it be ?

I would say
Scoliocentra brachypterna but the colour of palpus not seen ;)

Thanks Andrzej :) Unfortunately I don't have picture of the palpus.
I suppose Heleomyzini because 1+3 dorsocentrals, but how do you see it's
Scoliocentra on those pictures ?
I can't see if meron, mesopleuron and notopleuron are hairy. Anterior orbital bristle weaker than the second ?

there is the combination of characters: the two or three sternopleurals + shortened hind metatarsus + 2 vibrissae + bare mesopleuron which suggest me the species group or subgenus (Leriola). There are two species with such chaetotaxy:
S (L.) collini Woznica 2004 with totally orange or reddish oalpus and
S. (L.) brachypterna (Loew) with bicoloured palpus (blackish-yellow) ;)
