Here are two Nematocerans, Mycetophilidae or close. Can they be identified to some extent?

Second one looks like Mycomya sp. Both could be same.

Abdomen in the upper one looks some flattened like in Allocotocera pulchella, though it can be Mycomya as well (unfortunately wings are not visible)

The second is Mycomya of course :)
