Possibly Notodontidae?

Wikipedia says Notodontidae are hairless. This seems to be filled with hair.

Wiki says 'hairiness' not 'hairless'.

Don Herbison-Evans knows a lot about Australian caterpillars, but whether he can help with those form Tanzania, I don't know. Ask him.
