Looks like Muscidae, possibly Phaonia. There are a few anthomyiids that look like a bit this, but they usually have crossed bristles on the frons (on the interfrontalia, not on the frontal orbits) - have a look at some of your anthomyiids and you'll see them. Of course the other character is the anal vein going to the wing margin (can't see in this shot), but there are exceptions (which is what makes Diptera such a challenge! B) )

Thank you Tony. Bieng pined it looks like 100% Anthomyiidae, but neither A, nor interfrontal setas.
I've got Phaonia sidnata/scutellata.
