Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Suillia notata?

Initially I filed this as S.notata, but:
Arista does not fit with my other notatas, not plumose enough
Mesopleuron haired
Sctellum completely haired
No sub-scutellar hairs (as far as I can tell)
Size: large like notata
Date 25.10.09
So, is arista plumosity variable in notata, or could it be something else.

If you are sure about all the characters above then this should be
nemorum (but I'm prepared to be corrected by someone else).

Well, according to Andzej, arista should be plumose in nemorum. If I understood him correctly.

Not nemorum, andrzej? I think I can see 2 ventral preapical seta at midtibia at third photo.

I am pretty sure the scutellum is totally haired, but not 100%. Also now I am a little unsure if there are sub-scutellar hairs... very hard (or impossible) to determine.
The 'build' is different from my other humilis'es, this one here was very similar to notata in size and form, not that that matters. Maybe my other humilis'es are extra thin /small.
Probably S. humilis. Well see...
