Hi,
can this small metallic fly belong to Agromyzidae ? July 17. 2007 Sipoo, Finland.

Certainly Agromyzidae. The pale vein on the upper border of cell bm, which is often seen in Agromyzidae, is nicely seen here.

Thank You again. I tried to use the key but could not go further from
angeliphaga / lappae, so it will stay as
Melanagromyza sp.

Melanagromyza is an extremely difficult genus, if you really want grey hairs, try eg. Pakalniskisīs key for female Melanagromyzas...
Additional thanks for Viktor for that interesting taxonomic comment of the pale vein in Agromyzidae - though I think these can't be mixed with any other family.
