October 22, 2009, 43.4766N, 39.9067E, Sochi/Adler, Krasnodar Territory, Russia. Size around 2.5 mm. One female (in the picture) and two or three males were collected. There's a number of species described recently, especially by Ruediger Wagner (1983, 1995, 1998), so a closer examination is needed.

Habitat - what's left of a forest stream after extremely dry October.

Dolichocephala is correct, but there might be alternative species.
