Could this somewhat smaller specimen be a male (of the same breed)?

I think all are of the same species, but this is Chloropidae and not Drosophilidae.

Calamoncosis (Rhaphiopyga) glyceriae, Nartshuk 1958 (described from Moscow region, as I can recall );).
