Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Sarcophagidae? Tachinidae? -> Lypha rudicauda

Hello,

this fly is from july in the austrian alps. I wrote down an estimted length of 8mm. Can be anything said about it? Family, genus, species?

Tachinidae: Darkened m-cu and r-m nodes, hairy eyes, red abdomen tip = Lypha ruficauda, a nice find!
