Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Bibio pomonae? -> yes

Hello,

this fly is from july in the austrian alps. In the gallery Bibio pomonae seems to fit rather well. Is this correct, or are there similar species?

Is was really big - I wrote down estimated 15mm.
