I belive this(eristalis pertinax):

differs from the one in question -->rear end pattern, or this is gender thing?

Indeed, all three are tenax. Unique for pertinax is, in having the front and middle tarsae all yellow. So this is not pertinax. Unique for tenax are the two 'bands' of hairs running over the eyes vertically. In fact, they are two areas where the hairs grow a lot closer to eachother than on the rest of the eyesurface. Sometimes it can be less clear to see, but in many cases it's easy. The abdomen of tenax can be with large reddish-yellow spots, to almost completely dark. The extension of these markings is usually (but not always) larger (reaching tergite 3) in the males, like you can see on your pictures.
