Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Oxycera -> O. locuples

Hello,

this jewel is from july from the Tannheimer Tal in Tirol (Austria). I think I am right with the genus Oxycera. Has someone a suggestion for the species?

Length was about 6-7mm.

I would say it is a fantastic pic of a female O. locuples.

Hello Martin,

thank you for identification. Yes, I must admit that I am a little bit proud of this photo. If I see it right, O. locuples is an alpine species, which is still missing in the gallery.
