Hello,
A medium sized fly inhabiting in woodlands of South East Turkey in June. Could its species be identified?

Maybe Athericidae;
Ibesia sp???

Correct spelling would be
Ibisia (according to some still a synonym of
Atherix), but this picture is of a
Chrysopilus in Rhagionidae.
