Hello,
Another Bombyliid but it was captured from Philippines, Luzon at 28 11 1996. Could it be identified?

I suspect Ligyra but don't immediately recognise species

Looks like Ligyra tantalus. The wing coloration has probably faded over the years.

I photographed one of these yesterday. The wings are steel blue.
