Sorry, I have no idea of its family.
I took it yesterday morning in the wood of Lauzelle, Louvain-la-neuve, Belgium.
It size is slightly smaller than Musca domestica.

Anthomyiidae. Perhaps a Pegomya sp.

Despite your nice sharp photos, i think it will be difficult.
We can't see the color of the palpen clear and the last tars of the hind tibia seems thickened, but not sure...
I think Pegomya sp. will be nice for now :)
(there are just to many "look a likes")
