some frozen nights passed but when the sunshine comes the hoverflies comes too . . .

I think it is a new one for me :-) could it be Syrphus torvus?

Seems to have hairy eyes, so yes
S.torvus (F) But I would wait for confirmation from one of the "Experts"....'cause I'm normally wrong..;)
