Hello!

For this little slender fly (sorry, no better picture) I even don't know the family. Photo taken on July-17 in Ostwestfalen/Germany near a forest. A little bit resembling Rhagionidae.

I'd suggest Rhagio lineola female.

With this fly (and the bad pic quality) I had the least hope for an identification nearer than the family :-).
