Since Pegomya is in fashion, is this one? (guaranteed not winthemi, or your money back!)

I also think no P. winthemi (see thread of Lagura)
Importend for Anthomyiidae is a clear view of the setae on the mid and hindtibia
But as always....when the photos are very sharp and from many sites taken...the more change for an ID

Thanks Stephane and Joke. I'll try for good focus on the legs next time :). (And the arista, and the palpi if I get the chance.)
