head and "Schildchen" as yellow - is it a Sphaerophoria, female, if yes no ID possible because female?
the marks on abdomen don't touch each other?

The spots look quite different, but I still wouldn't dare a guess, sorry..

Thank you, it's ok for me :-) - you confirm my thoughts about this fly and that confirms that I'm learning to look and valuate on right details (sometimes at least). Form of abdomen looks for me also a little diffrent then normal.
