Hi, am I right with phaonia female, but is a speciesname possible or what could it be?
seen yesterday close to Rotterdam.

Difficult to say without a complete and sharper view of the fly, but at first glance it reminds me of
Helina evecta / annosa.

Thank you, from this fly I have just one view and also no better one. Maybe I have a similar one better pics and diffrent point of views[for another topic].
