Fly pic taken yesterday South coast UK- about 6mm body length. Odd thging about the fly was it was bobbing up and down on the leaf- almost looked like it was doing early morning exercise press- ups

Any ideas ?
Thanks

Looks like Phytobia sp. Agromyzidae..If so, one for Milos. 6 mm seems a bit big though.

Thanks roger. Whoops made a magnification error in the calculation - more like 3mm body length

Probably Phytobia or Agromyza. European Phytobyia are largo species with and wing lenght from 3.0-5.5 (6) mm, and Agromyza sp. 2-4 mm. On wing isn't visible subcosta.
