Finally I've got chance to correct Stephane (who several times (and fairly) corrected my errors) :D
It isn't Lispe -
Ochthera (manicata), Ephydridae.
Ochthera also has dilated palpi - I wonder what is the advantage of dilated palpi for predator flies who hunted on the silt?

both
Ochthera manicata (Fabricius 1794) and
Ochthera schembrii Rondani 1847 recorded at S’Albufera.

Don't worry, Stephane, it only changes count from whitewash of about 5:0 to more honorable for me 5:1.
Still you are the best in identifications :@
