I'd say it looks very similar to some Tachinidae I saw here at diptera.info or posted myself, but now I understand quite well one should be very careful with such statements in case of this family ;).

Very nice photos - but can we see a dorsal view so I can see the wing venation, thorax and abdomen clearly? :) It reminds me of a
Meigenia with those raised apical bristles but I can't remember ever seeing so many raised bristles on the top of the scutellum.

It's a Voriini, look at those bristles on the parafacialia !
It looks like Athrycia, most likely curvinervis.

Ahhh, the downward-curving facial bristles? I always associate them with
Voria ruralis but I haven't had enough
Athrycia to remember having seen them there too.
Theo: Would you be confident to call it
Athrycia curvinervis (or - how confident are you?)? If so, I'll add it to the website under that name.
