Hello!
A 7 mm male Muscid sunbathing on leaves in the garden today (northwest Germany). Could it be
Helina evecta?

Thanks! That one (or those two) is (are) very numerous in spring at the forest, but I had never found it (them) in the garden in autumn, yet.
