Hello,
I think this is
Thereva because of seta behind the eyes and on the antenna (not quite sharp). With the colour, can we say
T. aurata ?

Lovely photo of a notoriously difficult genus. Looks to me like a fresh nobilitata, but I'm not familiar with the additonal species you have in France! ;)
