This hybotid was caught in the malaise trap. It is embedded in ethanol. This fly is common in Salix spp. trees.
It has about 1,5 mm.

Make certain you have more and both males and females. I will see if I can get the species name for you (soon, I hope).

E. ephippiata should not have a median fascia on the mesonotum. The only European species having that is
E. boergei Chvála, 1971 from Sardinia ans Sicily.
