This was found among the common Nowickia ferox, and the Gonia capitata...

Yes, looks like P. rubescens.
If hilltopping, check for prompta (very similar)

palpi size marked with the red line... they seem to be not that small... and yellow with some microtrichia. But what is the structure near the dark line?..

Palpi are long in rubescens, so there is no problem.
