Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Which Syrphidae is this?

I thought this was a Syrphus when I photographed it, but looking at the photos I'm sure it is not. Can it be ID'd?

Size: ~7mm
Date: 4 August 2009
Location: On Apiaceae on a small meadow (Helsingborg, Sweden)
