Photographed at work this evening (working hard here ;)) Any further than heading?

Size was about 9mm, and is carrying a load of passengers :|.

Hello!
I just guess:
I can't see a MCu cross vein on the wings,
then fore leg: tarsus is longer than tibia
= Chironominae
(and also because both fore legs are above and in front of the head)
Are there any hairs on the wings? If yes it probably belongs to the tribus Tanytarsini if not Chironomini.
(I don't have a key here with me, sorry)

The only hair I can see on the wings is a fringe on the wingtip. there may be more but they don't show on the photo's I have.
