The attached was photographed on 06/07/06 in South East England
I thought a Thelaira Sp. but then I am usually wrong.

I think you are right there Gordon, again it should have plumose antennae, no ridge between the antennae, huge eyes leaving a very narrow gena, and those long thin legs. The dark colour of the abdomen then is usually indicitive of
nigripes. :)
