Spotted this little fly (3mm ish) while I was giving my car a much needed wash...only got these two rubbish photo's I'm afraid...camera on wrong settings :|..
Looks ID'able with its enlarged front tarsi, the only one I can find similar in the Gallery is Hilara sp. among Empididae....
Maybe someone can ID this even from such crap photo's

No amount of Photoshop could make this any better so didn't bother :|.
