I think it's a
Cistogaster globosa (female) - males are coloured orange & black but females are totally black :)

I think if it was me I'd be making a net out of anything in the nearest hardware shop :p Can't go to a warm, sunny place and not have a net ;)

I agree with Chris, it is something like Cistogaster or Elomyia female. Leucostoma has extremely large calyptra.
Theo
