As one of our Lady-Dipterist once wrote - "I promiss to wash the window".
Me too, after field season, may be...
Difficult to say, whether t2 is black or dark-brown, I choised black.

This looks like a pretty typical caecutiens. The abdominal pattern is characteristic for this species.
