Hello,
On the window while I was cooking, is it
Medetera sp?
Ca. 4 mm; 27 VI 2009; Southern France
I've got a problem with the vein I pointed, which I don't see on pictures of this genus

Yes. Medetera. Cooking and seeing dipterans at the same time while cooking should be what any real dipterologist must do. :D
it seems a very small pyschodid the meal...

It is a wing fold rather than vein, sometimes very distinct in Dolis.
Medetera flavipes looks like
jacula, but having yellow legs.

As for its meal - I wonder whether this is more likely to be a very small moth. Doesn't look quite right for a psychodid. Any other opinions?
