A Phaonia female, the yellow tip of scutellum suggests so.

But a closer glance to your specimen reveals the upward curve in the vein (was it M2?). So, your Muscina guess might still be better.

Hmmm, I'm far from Muscidae expert but would say Muscina because the yellow tip of scutellum :|

With black legs and black palpi Muscina levida female may be close (or not) :|
