Looks as though it belongs to the
bimaculata group of
Hybomitra; in fact looks like
H. bimaculata

I agree with bimaculata group.
The abdominal pattern differs, hoever, from bimaculata itself and the notopleurae are yellow, if you have a close look.
SO it is muehlfeldi or ciureai, I favour the first.
