Joke van Erkelens wrote on the forum of waarneming.nl that this fly is propably a Thaumatomyia sp. So I searched through this family and now I think it's propably Thaumatomyia notata. Is this right or are there look-a-like's? ;)
The little fly was about 2-3 mm long.

Unfortunately there are look-alikes. To make a quite certain species guess (more isn't possible), one must see the width of the cheek below the eyes, i.e. a lateral shot is necessary.

Ok, I write it down as Thaumatomyia sp.
Thanx for your reply Sundew.
