I only got photos from this angle. Can someone ID this fly?
Size: ~6-7mm
Date: 14 June 2009
Location: On wooden railing around a pond (Helsingborg, Sweden)

Then it is guessing.
Habitus and habitat suggest Macronychia spec.

I put my vote on Amobia, because it has three broad presutural stripes on thorax. European Macronychia have mostly additional two small stripes close to the median one.

Having looked in the gallery I'm for Amobia too, so it's 3:0 :)
