Yes, it is Rhagio, but I doubt that Rhagio immaculatus.

Why? It has no black spots on top of the yellow/orange. What do you think.

I think that Rhagio immaculatus has to have enterly yellow abdomen. But let's wait for experts.

R. immaculatus has a largely yellow abdomen, bicolorous pterostigma and no ring on the middle of the fore femur, so this is indeed
Rhagio immaculatus.
