no. This belongs to the NEUROPTERA order. Family - Chrysopidae.
Maybe a Chrysopa sp. .

googled it out:
Chrysopidae/Chrysoperla carnea senus lato
I don't know exactly what latin name means, presumably group of 5 similar species living in Slovenia.
