Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Opomyzidae?

During my holiday on Madeira I made this picture. Is it Opomyzidae?
And the other picture, is it a fly? It is not a bee, that I know, but.... ;-)

#2 is a queen ant (Hymenoptera: Formicidae)

Hi Shar.
I think it is Tephritidae.
