Well, there is easy and there is easy. :)
These are sepsid flies (family Sepsidae) of the genus
Sepsis. Quite easy to identify to genus. Species, however, is not easy at all. Major characters are the pattern of dusting on the sides of the thorax, the setae on the tergites and the shape of the male fore tibiae. These are not visible in the picture, so the genus name will have to do. Many species of the genus are quite common (as the larvae live in all kinds of dung, also of cattle).
