Thread subject: Diptera.info :: little thin black/red fly

dear people I am almost shure its diptera, cause i think he have just two wings, but the antenna and body looks similar to wasps. Can anybody give me a hint for family/genus or maybe species?

Should be Loxocera fulviventris, female.
