Dolichopus lepidus Staeger, 1842 is much more probable: hind tibia distinctly thickened.

I cannot see dorsal setae on the hind basitarsus as typical for Dolichopus.

They are present in anterior position because of aberration of tarsus or camera. M vein curvation is typical of Dolichopus.
