Hello Dimitri,
I think you will find it in the family Tipulidae, and the genus is Nephrotoma! Sometimes they are called Tiger Craneflies beacause of the yellow markings!
Maybe somebody else will be able to tell you the species as well!

Hi Dimitri,
I also think that this is Tipulidae. It could be Nephrotoma sp, or some closely related genus. I enclose two similar flies from Japan.
This one is likely to be: Dictenidia pictipennis

I think the first image posted is a species of
Ctenophora, possible the female of
C. ornata. It is not a species of
Nephrotoma.

I agree with Paul
The first one is in Ctenophora, sometimes referred to as Flabellifera.
The last one is Ptychoptera.
